- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to inform data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve technical support and data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, data analysis, or a related field
- Proven experience in providing excellent technical support and analyzing data to inform business decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Requires strong IT skills and experience with web platforms.He/She analyzes platform usage data to understand user behavior, identify
- trends, and inform platform improvements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI, is a plus.
