Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help the organization make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Interpret and communicate findings to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
• Collaborate with teams to understand business goals and provide data-driven solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Use statistical methods to test hypotheses and validate data models.
• Work with data engineering teams to improve database systems and data pipelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data modeling, and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
